Night At The Z
October is an exciting time at Living Treasures Moraine!
We will be open Fridays and Saturdays in October from 10 am - 6 pm, we have our "Night at the Zoo" event every Friday and Saturday nights (weather permitting). Hours are 7pm - 9pm with no additional charge!
This is a non-scary family event where you are invited to take a walk in the dark through our torch lit walkways and to view the wild and interesting behaviors that many o four animals have at night. Hear the calls of many vocal animals and spot the glowing eyes of the big cats and alligators.

Please note that the park will not close 6pm-7pm; however, specials and discounts will start beginning at 7pm.
​
"Treat" bags will be given to children in costume before they leave the park.

Children (ages 3-12) accompanied by an adult who pays regular admission will receive HALF-PRICED ADMISSION when they bring a full sized artistically decorated pumpkins. This discount is only valid during the Night at the Zoo event beginning at 7pm on Friday and Saturday.

*Small gourds or pumpkins only drawn on with a pen or marker will not be accepted. Submitted pumpkins will remain at the park on display at our Education Center which located outside of our Photo Center. If you would like to arrange pick up of your pumpkin, please tell the gift shop addendant upon your arrival.
Carved or decorated pumpkins brought to the park will be entered into a weekly contest and displayed at our Education Center. Each week, one winner from each age group will be chosen. Please note that your Jack-O-Lantern will remain at the park on display at our Education Center.

Visitors and families who get their photo taken at our Photo Center will be automatically entered in a weekly contest. Each week, one photo will be chosen. Since it's Halloween, we recommend getting you picture with an alligator or snake! Kangaroo joeys are also available for photos.
